The Force

B I R T H

500 ABY: The attack probes zoomed around the colony firing their laser cannons at the weakest parts searching for an entry point, a hologram appeared on a device that belonged to a cloaked man, he spoke

“Supreme leader Icus, what shall we do with the remaining survivors?”

“Kill them all, they are traitors to us by harbouring a force sensitive infant,” the hologram hesitated, “Is there any sign of Kana Grey?” the deeper voice asked curiously,

“No, I cannot feel his presence anywhere around here,” , the cloaked figure was beginning to become nervous,

“Keep two villagers alive, we might need them later to confirm his whereabouts.”

“Yes sir,” and with that the cloaked man pulled a hilt from his belt and out came a blazing red blade,

“I will not disappoint you.” The hologram seemed to evaporate into nothingness.

 

Inside the colony five people stood, crowded around an bed as their surroundings shook with every shot fired from the probes, one person asked to the other,

“Desh, what shall we do they are most definitely coming for the child!” arguments arose around the table,

“THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO!” one woman sobbed through tears, “ALL HOPE IS LOST!”

“Somebody has to take him!”

“There is no way out they would find us and kill us!” everyone continued to argue as the infant lay crying on the table in the middle of it all,

“Everyone stop,” all the people paused to look at Desh as he spoke, “This child is the future of the force, let him decide,” everybody waited for something to happen, the shooting outside had died down, it was quiet, too quiet, the baby pointed at him.

“Then I will take him,” Desh confirmed, “I am the only one qualified to take care of him, I know a planet far away from here,” everyone stared, someone opened their mouth to speak but was silenced when the door behind him opened and twenty storm troopers poured in all armed with F-11Ds,

“NOBODY MOVE!” one boomed as others scouted the area looking for any hidden rooms, guards were assigned to each person, Desh reached into his gun holster and slowly pulled out his LPA NN-14 blaster before turning to push the storm trooper restraining him and shooting the nearby door forcing it open, he managed to dodge a number of attacks from the storm troopers before he whisked up the infant and ran, he had three storm troopers in pursuit, he ran down hallways before running strait into the cloaked figure,

“This has been long overdue,” the cloaked figure smirked under his hood which he then removed revealing a battle scarred face and a strange lens where his left eye should’ve been,

“Hello Ravenicus, I see you got that eye of yours checked out,” Desh joked,

“You will pay!” Ravenicus boomed at Desh,

“Oh my, you might need to be more quiet you woke the baby!” just then the group of storm troopers caught up,

“My lord!” one said sounding rather terrified, “You found the prisoner!”

“Leave this to me,” Ravenicus hissed, he again pulled a hilt from his belt and ignited it with the click of a button, a red blade erupted out of it showering sparks everywhere before calming down, “I have slaughtered thousands of innocent citizens with this blade,” he spat pointing at the red beam coming from the hilt, ” AND YOU ARE NEXT!” he approached Desh swinging the blade round and round, “Don’t worry storm troopers this one’s mine,” his words filled Desh’s mind, Desh pulled a long hilt from his sleeve and set the baby down, he ignited it, a white blade coming into existence,

“You know Ravenicus,” Desh said studying his white blade, “You cannot beat me,”

“I will,” Ravenicus grinned before lunging at him with a blood curdling scream, “I WILL NOT LOSE!” he thrust the blade at Desh, Desh hit it away with devastating force, Ravenicus did not move back at all, he grinned madly smashing his blade against Desh’s continuously before he tried to slash at his legs, Desh flipped backwards, a spinning mass of white in the air for 2 seconds before slamming down his blade with all the strength he could muster, something fell out of his pocket, the data chip made a small thud sound, this got Ravenicus’s attention,

“THE PLANS!” he boomed, “THIS WHERE THEY HAVE BEEN THIS WHOLE TIME!” he quickly snapped his attention back to Desh and blocked his massive attack, he used the force and blew Desh backwards into a wall, Desh was unconscious, Ravenicus began,

“How? HOW? HOOOOOOOWWWWW?!” he picked up the data chip and examined it, he was too focused to notice that Desh was running at him, Ravenicus turned, too surprised to make a move he stood there, moth hanging open trying to put this situation into words, Desh kicked the data chip out his hand, it then fell in his, he put it back in his pocket,

He reignited his lightsaber the white blade swirling into existence with a SHoooooooooom! They continued smashing their blades together until a final downward blow from Desh slicing through Ravenicus’s hilt and chest, Ravenicus fell to the ground gasping for breath, the storm troopers opened fire, Desh deflected the shots with ease and then hoisted the child into his arms and ran, ran, ran, ran into a war.

 

515 ABY: The night was cold, the streets were dangerous filled with assassins and killers, Kana walked softly his lightsaber by his side ready to attack, three people surrounded him, one in front two behind,

“We’ll escort you home safely for a small fee,” one offered,

“Yes it’s dangerous out here in the dead of night!” another prompted

“You could get hurt and die, no one would ever know,” grinned the last one flashing rows of teeth at Kana,

“I can take care of myself thank you,” Kana continued walking he thought about the missed opportunity for getting credits to pay for Desh who was currently sick and dying,

“NO NO NO! We insist!” the first insisted pulling a knife at Kana, he recognised it, classic Krayt dragon fang sharpened to perfection,

“No thank you!” Kana pushed the blade down with his finger and turned around to leave, there must be other ways of getting money than stealing form these vulnerable gang members, he could get a job, anything but hurting innocents, a shot was fired it blasted its way to the ground by Kana’s feet he turned around,

“What do you want?!” Kana was angry he had just enough credits to buy enough medicine to keep Desh alive for longer, but not enough to cure him and theses people here were trying to steal from him,

“We need your money, and if you won’t give it to us,” the first one grinned “Then we’ll just have to take it from you!” he pulled a long blade from his belt discarding the Krayt fang, Kana was confident, he pulled an chipped and cobbled-together hilt from his belt, he ignited it, a white blade rose up ready to strike fear into those brave enough to face it,

“I’m not even going to wish you good luck,” Kana hissed “Your chances of winning against a force sensitive teenager are currently 0.001,” the gang members charged forward with their batons, Kana blocked the attacks with ease before finally defeating one with a powerful thrust through his chest, Kana ran, the gang made chase, ducking through narrow alleyways and firing shots until Kana could run no more, he tripped on a stone and fell, the gang members reloaded their guns and aimed at one place, his forehead,

“End of the line Kana!” one said triumphantly,

“How do you know my name?” Kana was beginning to realise that this was no ordinary mugging in the dead of night,

“We were sent to hunt the legendary Jedi, Kana Grey!” something wasn’t right, Kana knew he wasn’t legendary and he certainly wasn’t a Jedi then he realised they were looking for his father, the person they were looking for in the very beginning, when he was born these people were there trying to kidnap him, when he was three he was almost caught, it was happening again,

“But that’s not important anymore, all that matters is that we bring your head to the masters,” the gang aimed at him with their guns…

Hello Jedi, Sith and other species of nerd!

Today I thought I might just write a list of a few things to remember about my blog!

1: I will try to post at least once or twice whether it’s a new video or some news about the Star Wars franchise.

2: If you have any questions do not be afraid to ask whether it’s about my recent post or video, I am open for suggestions and opinions from all views!

3: Please do not waste my time with rude or stupid questions, this may conflict with the above and I probably should’ve put this on the rules, but I did not, so please do not waste my time I have work and videos and many more things to do.

4: I will try to work on my blog as much as possible but there are of course times when I cannot be here, so if your request, question or anything else is not answered immediately then please do not feel discouraged or upset.

5: I will try to have a weekly character review or poll via post or video (though besides lightsaber reviews I will rarely appear on video) so be sure to come back if you want to participate in a poll or leave a fact about a character I left out!

Anyway that’s all the things I could think of. This weeks question: Are you all on the hype train for the Star Wars The Last Jedi trailer? To all the Sith, Sith lords, Jedi knights and other galactic entities, May the Force Be With You!

 

Hello Jedi and Sith alike! It may seem like I have had a theme of cybersaftey for the past while, but do not worry pretty soon I will have the rules out of the way and we can get down to star wars theories, reviews and the force, but I decided to make some rules for my blog modelled around the Netiquette rules.

1. Remember there is a human behind the screen you are talking to, not a protocol droid.
2. behave the same way you would in the Jedi order.
3. Know where you are in space.
4. Respect the precious time others have on their missions here.
5. Be kind, it is the Jedi way.
6. Share the knowledge of the force you have gathered from precious holocrons. 🙂
7. Please do not shout and swear at each other.
8. Respect other’s privacy. (only give away your planet e.g. Naboo not your address).
9. Do not abuse the power of the force you have been entrusted with!
10. Accept apologies and apologise to others.

That is my list of rules to follow on this site, it would be nice if you could follow these rules and use the force responsibly ( please leave negotiating with lightsabers as a last resort). May the force be with you!

I was requested to make a response to the #GameOn video about cybersaftey, though this may not be relevant to my blogs theme I thought it was just necessary to make, anyway I hope you enjoy my response!

Game on is about a bunch of children who are obsessed with their technology in some shape or form. There are many different problems going on at once: one person has been framed for putting up a picture of her friend picking her nose, another is way too obsessed with his game and is up all night playing it and falling asleep in class (this is another person’s problem too), there is also one who keeps posting selfies of himself online and finally, one has some “awesome” “free” ringtones which are not free. This video is mainly at targeting these typical internet/computer problems and all of them are eventually solved at the end.

The motive for this video was to show kids that internet dangers do not always take form through cyber-bullying, I think this was portrayed very well in this funny but serious video to tackle cyber dangers. I think this is a great approach to cyber-bullying by telling you what you should do, not what you should not! Anyway, these are just my thoughts, tell me your opinions in the forums after you watch the video! May the Force be with you!

Hello guys this is just a little thing I did for fun!

Advantages and disadvantages of the internet

Advantages:

1: The internet created the easiest way to research ever without having to go through the library for hours and hours.

2: The internet is also well known for its communication you can chat to people around you or all around the world.

3: The internet has provided a number of brand new jobs to spark.

4: The internet has created a new way to entertain yourself with video games!

5: The internet as well as introducing video games and world wide interaction it also created online shopping a newer, easier way to shop and buy the items your heart craves for!

Disadvantages

1: Though the internet created a new way to research with this came with unreliable sites intent on bending the truth for whatever reason

2: The internet may have created a new way to socialize but there is always a flaw in this case the flaw was creating a new for bad people to be a pest, post propaganda and offend others

3: The internet made way for a number of new jobs but managed to remove a number as well some of these include banking and cashiers

4: The internet made videogames but then as the internet advanced new games were created these games were incredibly gory and violent and inspired antisocial behaviour

5: Internet shopping was a huge revolution but there have been fake shops set up only intent on practically stealing the money by advertising fake deals
